How we execute Website Projects

We take utmost care and research to develop a website solution for you. Every project for us is a new challenge, a new experience and we give our best to all websites that we develop.

We undertake inhouse and offshore website development. No matter where you are, we are very near to you. Daily updates and development are shown and communications done through prompt Email, Telephone or online Chat support.

Here we outline the steps generally taken during our development phase. Our terms are easy and negotiable.

1. Initially, a research is done on the subject and a project report is submitted after listening to the needs of the client.

2. After the acceptance of the report or after any changes thereof in the report, the project is passed in the "Quotation" section.

3. Quotation is presented to the client with marginal terms & conditions, that may be mutually agreed by both the parties. Terms can also be amended to suit both.

4. An advance payment (Generally 50% of the total cost) is then delivered.

5. Few sample designs / templates is uploaded for the clients to see / correct / manipulate / add.

6. The selected design is then customized to the concept and working principles of the project.

7. Daily updates are sent for the clients to see and provide feedback.

8. The website is then uploaded to test, error check, modify etc.

9. Upon the final corrections done, the website is then finally uploaded.

10. The balance payment is dispatched by the clients after 15 days of final upload.

The steps provided is a general outline of how we execute website projects. However the steps can be manipulated / changed to suit the clients interests.
