and that atleast 50% of the total will have to be provided
as advance / earnest / signing amount prior to the start of

8. HimalayanInfotech.com does not take responsibility beyond
it's control for loss of data during unpredicted conditions
like Disk damage, Data loss due to voltage fluctuations or
any other such incidents of the Data center.
Refund Policies
1. Should the client request a refund of the Advance amount
in 10 days, 75% of the total amount will be remitted, a refund
request in 2 month, 50% of the total amount will be remitted,
and no refund will be entertained after 2 months time.
2. The refund amount will be transferred by the nearest /
easiest way as deemed by us.

All legal matters to be in the jurisdiction of Dharamshala
